In Christ - We can do all things!  (...So the modern tune goes....)

Politicians would love to have the media be their mouthpiece (and some do) but (when they are independent) they are engaged in a campaign of war, as well, to expose corruption.

So our righteous favorite Sons and Daughters who are engaging in the theatre of politics are to Campaign themselves not unlike Arthur and his court, King David and his men...even Robin Hood.  What do they have in common?  They have counselors and generals and ministers of communications.  It's a war-room.  Just like Corporate titans, etc.  They have their counselors.

We've got to have our body of Counselors to campaign....

St. Paul teaches that we are the Body of Christ.  If (in the absence of the literal bodily form of Christ) we, as his body, are Christ, then because of our gifts (in the Body), we can naturally "campaign" -- even politically -- as one unit against our enemies!

The Lord is quoted in the parable of Luke 16:8 on issues relative to being prudent in one's circumstances - "...the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely:  for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light."

And I would humbly add that, in war, one needs to fight fire with fire; and though, politically, we are fighting a bloodless war, it is none-the-less a war and warfare (especially defensive ware fare) is moral.

Here's another clue relative to defense from the Lord:  "Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip:  and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.  For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me...."

Solomon says in Proverbs 11:14 - "Where no counsel is, the people fall:  but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety."

In Isaiah, we see this clue as well: 1:18 begins with:  "come let us reason together...."

So run -- Sons and Daughters.  The country needs Deliverers.
